Overall, the challenge was to transform traditional sunglasses and eyeglasses sales to new perspectives of product exposure and customer-production approach. As crucial as the conceptual design, the cost of the work was the guiding line for most architectural decisions. The estimated starting price for each square meter of work should correspond to 60% less than the average market cost.

Located in the city center of Juiz de Fora, Alimentar Store aims to offer to consumers two strands of nutriment products: an enteral nutrition aimed at the hospital branch and natural food products, to the general public.

Vita Planet is a jewelry selection store filled with works done by worldwide cutting edge designers while offering a touchable experience offline. Instead of the cold style and boring location of traditional selection store, Vita Planet is located in the bottom floor of a old residential building which stimulate a rare space experience. 

Located on the first floor of a multistory building, the store has large windows that face the sidewalk.

Avenida Italia Shop was organized around a series of architectural references. Whereas the façade draws from some of Loos’ densely composed commercial building elevations, the shop itself celebrates the still lively galleries and passages located in the neighboring downtown of Santiago. 

Project Profile
The project east to Jiangcheng Avenue, north to Taizi Lake and west to golf course, which gives it great view in the southwest side.

“Beauty in B.O.W” is a women’s wellness editor shop to deliver healthy beauty for women who are keeping balance between work and life. This brand was launched as a Hyundai Department Store brand, and it is offering several product groups of M.D composition according to a wide range of categories related to women’s health and beauty matching certain standards in one place so that consumers can choose products according to their preference.

THE NEGATION OF NEGATION
According to the law of “the negation of negation” in Hegel’s Science of Logic, the result of self-sublation is never nothing, but is characterized by new contents and forms. Such dialectic speculation forms the basic design logic for this building.
