With federal and state historic preservation tax credits, the result was the purchase of the 51,000 SF Empire Improvement Building at 2101 Superior Ave in Cleveland, Ohio to showcase GBX capabilities of preservation and transformation.

Elancourt Music School / Opus 5 architectes

The new Élancourt Music School has taken up residence in the former ecumenical center of the Sept Mares neighborhood, one of the focal points founding the new town of Saint-Quentin en Yvelines. The building was originally a house of worship, a simple, without ornament and inward-looking construction owing to the peace and quiet required by its function. Philippe Deslandes built it between 1974 and 1977, with the desire that it embody the qualities of simplicity, modularity and anonymity.

Interior design project for a rural house in the Venetian countryside, built in the early 1900s and restored in the early 2000s. The project, designed for the functional needs and aesthetic tastes of the client, enhances the recycled materials used in the restoration, as the larch beams and the original structural walls in stone and brick, with the use of simple and elegant materials and shades, applied to pure geometric shapes.

In 2017, the interior architecture exhibition CASACOR Minas occupied an important building that integrates the Architectural Complex of the Station Square, a region marked by the strong urban, cultural, political and gastronomic effervescence of the city. The place served as the headquarters of the defunct Federal Railways S / A (RFFSA) and is directly associated with the creation of Belo Horizonte. In recent years, the building has undergone a restoration process under the supervision of IPHAN for future house the facilities of the Railway Museum after more than a decade closed.

This work presents architecture as a tool and as a strategy that mediates in social conflicts, rebuilding both the area and the relationships between its users. A multicultural architecture. Melilla is a small Spanish city bordering Morocco located in North Africa. The closing of the Central Market in 2003, after 90 years of operation, left a completely abandoned area in the city.
