Local architects Studio Sur Rue have designed a pastel pink deli in the 10th arrondissement of Paris that is dedicated to hummus and Israeli dining culture.  The restaurant, named Yafo after the oldest area of Tel Aviv, claims to be the first deli devoted to hummus in Paris.
