The Shape house is a family home for 5. There was an existing single-story 60s home at the rear of the property, which was then renovated in the late 90s. While being a new build the shape house is also an extension of the old 60s/90s structure. The new house then became the primary residence while the old structure was further renovated into the guest’s quarters.

The sloping plot Casa J is located on lies right on the edge of a city in east Jutland. The site have a stunning view over a lake and the rolling Danish landscape. The villa is design for a family consisting of six and their daily life. The villa insects itself in the local area’s architecture by virtue of its long horizontal shape and a distinct gable roof. Towards the accesses, the villa is equipped with a simple and quiet expression to blend in with the surrounding buildings in the neighborhood, as opposed to the other side, where Casa J opens up to full width with large window sections and invites the view as well as the experience of the great nature completely into every room.

In 2016, The purple line of the metro sky train was established which is connected from the northwest of Bangkok from suburban to city center by The subway city loop line (Blue line) at Bangsue interchange station. People from Nonthaburi is transited to the town easier that means the residential area will be expanded which the beginning of the project. When a couple who had decided to build the new home on little land instead of 50 Sqm above the ground as high ground Bangkoker.

Medhurst Cellar Door and Winery / Folk Architects

Cellar Door
Medhurst Wines is a bespoke family-run winery in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. The Cellar Door is an extension to an existing building that seeks to expand the tasting experience and address the site in a broader context. The brief focused on immersing visitors in the Medhurst Wine experience whilst providing a clear connection with the surrounding landscape, vines, and wine production facilities. Through master planning, site analysis and extensive consultation with the client, it was established that a linear extension to the existing building was an effective intervention.

Laid on the banks of the St. Lawrence, it evokes the harbor history of the site
Right from the exploratory and development phase of the project, the first source of inspiration was the St. Lawrence River, the majesty and quiet strength that emanates from it. Then, considering the geographical location and the maritime history attached to the site, the latter a major contributing factor to the development of the city itself, the decision to anchor the project in both its physical environment and its history was taken without question.

Bcredi is a loan technology and solutions company that aims to make this process easier and uncomplicated for its clients. It is distinguished in its field by its ideals of creativity and innovation. The new office is located on a corporate floor inside a downtown shopping mall. With an increasing number of employees, the opportunity arises for the renovation of the property to meet its growth demand and to express the way they work. The company’s ideals are reflected in an open-space office architecture. It was demolished some walls that compartmentalized the floor plan, and removed the ceiling leaving exposed the instalations of the property and bringing the feeling of spaciousness.

House in Lamego / António Ildefonso Arquitecto

The plot is a 70mx40m rectangle with a difference of 5m between high and low elevations. Starting at the low elevation, an existing path to the east gives access to a contiguous house to the north which was the reference to the chosen site. It was decided to build the house against the driveway, the volume is adjusted until it slightly turns its back on anyone who arrives and the house also manages to carefully protect the view of the surrounding landscape, in this position. It is in this game of hide and seek that the surprise increases, we start wanting to climb, to understand, to arrive, to enter, to discover.

Bosfor Turkish Restaurant is a fusion of Asia and Europe. Each detail is important for the atmosphere and the correct perception of space. «On the verge of two cultures» – this is the main emphasis on which the whole concept of the restaurant is focused. Each floor is a separate story with its color and sophistication of the interior.
