For the opening of Hem’s first US showroom in Downtown Los Angeles in collaboration with Madera, the independent design brand has commissioned San Francisco-based designer Clark Thenhaus, founder and director of Endemic Architecture, to create a site-specific installation in the courtyard space of the new showroom. Confetti Courtyard is a vibrant installation that re-imagines the space as a lively and kinetic layering of architecture, furniture, landscape, and social activity.
The digital fashion brand AMARO inaugurates its new Guide Shop in São Paulo. Signed by the architecture office SuperLimão Studio and with a totally original concept, the space is the first of a series of AMARO Guide Shops with a personalized design. With this new Guide Shop at Patio Higienópolis, AMARO takes the experience of digital purchase to the physical space to another level. Introduction
Tangshan Blue Bay Town Project is located on the southeast coast of Leting County, Tangshan City and on the north side of Tangshan Bay International Tourism Island. As a commercial center of the project, the town center is located at the southwest corner of the project base, where Xiangying Road and Haijing Avenue join at 70 degrees in a narrow and long triangle land to define the land area with functions including life experience hall and community facilities.
Schiltigheim is the third largest town in the Bas-Rhin département (eastern France) in terms of population and is the most densely populated town in the Strasbourg metropolis. It developed in the nineteenth century, centered on brewing and related industrial activities. These activities declined in the late twentieth century, leaving much industrial land lying waste. The rehabilitation of the butchers’ cooperative is part of a process initiated by the municipality with the aim of regenerating the town’s urban fabric.

TOD International New City sales office is an experimental architecture piece designed by NAN Architects. The project is located next to the S1 Railway Technology City Station, at the intersection of Wenzhou Avenue and Yongle Road. It is an undeveloped land.
