No.66 Lanman Hutong Renovation is sited in a typical courtyard that is occupied and shared by many households. This project started with two traditional houses and one privately-built house. The traditional houses are located to the south and are built with timber roof structures that rest on lateral brick walls. However, there is only lighting from the north, without any southern exposure. The privately-built structure is located to the north and needs to be reconstructed.

Vance Tsing Tao Pearl Hill Visitor Center is developed in Qingdao, the most high-end international Mid-Levels villa project, close to Zhushan National Forest Park, surrounded by mountains, south to the sea, the natural environment is excellent.

A Couple and a Cat, Double Happiness
The happiness is enjoying the time with my lover and watching my cat walk around, even having a tea time at home on weekend, that’s the dreaming life every city dweller dream about. At the first time when designer see this place, she found this tiny space is separated by several walls and it looks smaller, even causes un-smooth movement. How to make a dreaming life come true and even there is a new born baby in the future, it is really a difficult problem. Designer communicates with the couple and decides to rearrange the movement, introduce sunlight and air into rooms, to renew space allocation and their life style.

M+ Pavilion is a two-storey exhibition and event space in the midst of the Hong Kong West Kowloon Cultural District.

In 2015, the Jiangsu Soho International Group Corporation, one of China’s most renowned silk export companies, began a collaboration with the Nanjing Museum Administration. This project became known as the Cultural Innovation Store. The store has now been completed and showcases a variety of silk artefacts on display as part of the Da Guan Yuan, providing a leisurely space for visitors to enjoy. The area is situated in the west wing on the ground floor of the Jiangning Imperial Silk Manufacturing Museum, located at the intersection of Taiping South Road and Changjiang Road in Nanjing.

The office area is only 170 square meters and it’s located at QSW Culture Center in Shanghai. Owner wants to create a working space at low budgets but innovative and attractive. In this office small-scale design team and startups can work together.

The site for this project was selected at the top floor and the penthouse of an existing industrial building located at the outer rim of Shenzhen city, and it was renovated into a co-working space that consisted of fifteen office rooms, individuals’ dedicated desks, and a series of shared spaces including meeting rooms, drink bars, and lounges.
